After 7 years of playing the Texas country music circuit, the wait is finally over. South Texas' own, Jacob Thomas Pena, is set to release his debut EP in July 2022. The former SENDERO frontman is starting a new chapter of songwriting and live performances!
Born in Harlingen, TX, Jacob spent his early years using the influence of country heroes like Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Jr. and George Strait to refine his unique style of country music. His move to Kingsville, TX for college brought new exposure to different levels of music from all around the state. Modern country influences like Montgomery Gentry, Gary Allan and the Southern rockers Blackberry Smoke have continued to set the foundation for JTP's brand of Texas Country. Rock and roll is set to meet the sweet sounds of classic country on the upcoming EP release, JTP Vol. 1.
